About The Role
This role oversees the day‑to‑day management and coordination of the Active Space, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional member experience. It maintains and updates onsite policies and procedures, keeps members informed of updates and initiatives, and delivers both onsite and virtual fitness services.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Active space to ensure a high-quality member experience
- Maintain, update, and communicate onsite policies, procedures, and member information.
- Deliver onsite and virtual fitness services, including group classes, one‑to‑one sessions, and assessments.
- Contribute to digital wellbeing content and support wellbeing events, campaigns, and cross‑department initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners when required.
- Manage member administration, contracts, and engagement to support satisfaction and retention.
- Drive commercial performance through fitness programming, personal training, and tailored member plans.
- Support onsite financial processes and maintain clear communication between stakeholders.
- Ensure full health and safety compliance, including policy upkeep and consistent application.
- Oversee third‑party compliance, equipment safety, and reporting on key metrics.
- Foster a safe, positive environment and act as a first aid and mental health responder when needed.
- Relevant fitness qualifications and experience in a corporate or commercial environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for supporting health, wellbeing and positive member experience
- Confidence in delivering fitness services, engaging member, and contributing to commercial performance
- Salary - £14.80 per hour
- 20 hours per week
- 25 days annual leave pro rata plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period
