Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, level-appropriate ESL instruction to adult learners
- Implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and learner needs
- Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Integrate technology into instruction, including digital tools and online platforms
- Follow school protocols for grading assessments and evaluating student performance
- Complete lesson maps, progress reports, and administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Collaborate with staff to support learner success and contribute to program development
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in in-house professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience, preferably with adult learners
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital literacy tools; general computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural sensitivity and a commitment to equity and inclusion
