Upscale Hamden restaurant looking to fill an important role within our organization.
*Experienced Sous Chef needed to be second in command to Head Chef. We would expect applicant would at times be able to run the operation of the kitchen in place of the Head Chef. Experienced in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, training, creating and scheduling. Also would like applicant to be imaginative and creative with the ability to develop new and exciting dishes we would be able to add to our menu. $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
