What You’ll DoAs the Dental Hygiene Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our hygiene schedule full and supporting patients and staff throughout the office. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and filling the hygienist schedule
- Calling to reactivate patients and encourage appointments
- Assisting at the front desk as needed
- Supporting back office operations when necessary
- Ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
- Previous experience in dental administration, hygiene coordination, or front office support
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient-centered attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn across all areas of the office

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, billing processes, and insurance a plus
