Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their coverage.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office.

HOURS/DAYS:
Mon 7:30 - 5:00 (1 ½ hour lunch daily!!)
TUES: 8:30 - 7:00 (on the daily lunch, the doctor goes to the hospital, which is 2 blocks away, and you can go with him and get a free lunch)
WEDS 8:00 - 7:00
THURS: 8:00 - 6:00
FRI: 7:30 - 3:30, depending on end as this is surgery day (Breakfast AND Lunch on this day is bought by the doctor for everyone)
Every 3rd SATURDAY 9:00 -12:00 (and on that week, you are off on WEDS)
This is a 40-hour week. If you work overtime, it is rare, but pay is time and a half.

Pay range is $25 - $30
- Previous experience as a dental front desk receptionist is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
PAY: range is $25 - 30
Pay is twice a month on the 6th and 21st
BONUS SYSTEM: there is a great bonus system
