As the welcoming face of our office, you’ll ensure that every patient has a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with our clinical team to maintain smooth operations, efficient scheduling, and exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist patients warmly, creating an exceptional front-desk experience
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and professionalism
- Support the clinical team by keeping patient flow smooth and organized
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Previous dental front desk experience (Oral Surgery experience is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and office technology
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to patient care
- Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Previous experience working as a DENTAL Front Desk IS REQUIRED, in Oral Surgery is a big plus

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience
