- Guide new customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
- Build strong, lasting relationships through outstanding customer service, increasing satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Deliver consistent sales performance by matching customers with the best Frontier products and services to meet their needs
- Work alongside a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives to solve problems and drive daily sales goals
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate account setup and follow-through
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and close sales
- Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your sales and customer service skills
