Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Chubbuck, ID. The Physical Therapist will assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating patients on home programs, and documenting clinical findings and progress. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, monitoring treatment outcomes, and adjusting care plans as needed. The Physical Therapist is expected to maintain a high level of patient engagement through clear communication, coaching, and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including patient education, coaching, and development of safe, effective home exercise programs.
- Working knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions commonly treated in outpatient physical therapy.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Idaho.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate patients.
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a clinical setting.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or osteopractic approaches is preferred but not required.
