We are expanding staff at our new brand new, state of the art, facility and adding personnel to our parts department. We will provide training, experience preferred.
We are looking to fill both full and part-time positions. Full time positions qualify for benefits. Must be available for Saturday hours and closing shifts.
General Purpose:
Represent the dealership in fixed operations to meet the needs of retail and service guests, including inventory management, phone inquiries, and technician requests.
Major Functions and Scope:
· Sell parts, merchandise and/or services to meet customer needs.
· Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
· Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
· Maintain the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed dealership standards customer expectations.
· Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise display.
· Follow up on shortages through reporting to Parts Manager.
· Participate in all job related training and development.
· Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
· Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain and enhance the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
· Perform other tasks as directed by his/her supervisor
Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Supervision:
· Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
· Solid communication skills.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Self motivated, and able to complete tasks without supervision.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds; tasks may include lifting, bending, squatting, standing for prolonged periods and sitting.
· Ability to use standard office and internet programs
· Ability to use the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
