On behalf of an entrepreneurial, high-growth Real Estate Private Equity firm, we are seeking an experienced Associate to join an elite team of institutionally trained principals. This is a high-visibility role within a firm currently scaling a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will act as the primary bridge between high-level investment strategy and property-level execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets and manage third-party property management staff
  • Maintain strong market knowledge and broker relationships to guide asset strategy
  • Financial reporting, valuations, loan compliance, and assist with investor communications
  • Lead execution of budgeting, forecasting, and assisting with capital planning
  • Present quarterly financial review to investment committee
  • Assist with underwriting, due diligence and execution of new acquisitions
  • Ensure each asset is meeting its financial benchmarks and distributions are maximized
  • Lead weekly internal asset management meetings
  • Manage dispositions and analyze property performance to optimize value


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Real Estate or Finance preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in real estate asset management or investments
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
