About Us
High Country K9 LLC is a growing dog pet grooming company specializing in high-quality mobile grooming. We’re expanding our mobile grooming operations and looking for a strong lead mobile groomer who can help scale the business.
The Role
We’re hiring a Executive Mobile Dog Groomer who will:
- Perform full-service mobile dog grooming (baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.) to a high standard
- Help train and mentor grooming assistants/technicians
- Ensure excellent client communication, and service quality
- Maintain grooming vans, equipment, and supplies in top condition
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and animal handling standards at all times
- Assist with client retention and positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional dog groomer (mobile experience strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds safely and confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record (company van provided for routes)
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting and manage a schedule
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift dogs, and work in a van environment
- Willingness to work some weekends and flexible hours as needed
