Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the High Country Community Health Talent Acquisition Life Cycle.
- Collaborates with department and division managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and implement a strong, patient centered hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Posts jobs and advertises as needed.
- Utilizes HRIS to schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Organize the interview process for roles at the Director level or above (unless requested otherwise by the Manager of Human Resources Administration or other supervisor).
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resources staff during the job offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Manages recruiting software such as really, LinkedIn, Handshake, while also developing new sourcing methods for talent needs.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Maintains the employee birthday card program
- Manages 90-day new hires activities; t-shirts and other 90-day tasks as needed.
- Completes administrative tasks; filing confidential and personnel files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Familiarity or ability to learn with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, really, LinkedIn, and/or related software.
Education and Experience:
Required: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Experience.
Strongly Preferred: Experience building, implementing, and managing a talent acquisition program through an HRIS.
Preferred: At least one year of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of standing and interacting with potential employees and managers.
Must be able to lift 15-25 pounds on a regular basis with infrequent lifting of 50 pounds.
