Full-time employees receive a $500 sign-on bonus. $250 paid at 3 months of employment and remaining $250 paid at 6 months of employment. Full-time employees also receive 5 days of paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
We are hiring for a full-time position. Nights are not required! Weekend work is required on a rotating basis (average of 2 weekend days per month). Weekends are only half days, 10:30 – 3:00. We primarily service Boone, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Foscoe, and Sugar Mountain.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Ensure sanitation standards are met in all cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Manage laundry duties at vacation rentals.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Drive to various locations as required, adhering to safety and driving regulations.
