This is a 3rd shift position, starting at 9:00PM, Sunday-Thursday. You will receive a shift differential of $3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Concrete and / or construction experience, required
• 1-3 years precast / pre-stress industry, required
• Good communication / follow up skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to manage / lead a team while maintaining company polices
• Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks on a daily basis
• Valid Driver's License

General Duties:

• Training and development of coworkers
• Ability to plan and coordinate tasks to maximize production efficiency
• Ability to direct a crew of co-workers to achieve required quality and production schedules
• Ability to problem solve and take immediate action on safety / quality / productivity issues
• Interacts with all levels of the Organization to achieve company goals
• Meets production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and material
• Assist Stripping Crew daily responsibilites
