Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist who’s ready to take the lead on client accounts and turn business goals into smart, results-driven ad strategies. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google—collaborating closely with clients and internal teams along the way.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be the face of the strategy, leading calls, presenting plans, and digging into performance to find what’s working (and what’s not). If you like blending creativity with data and want to help shape how we grow as an agency, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client calls to understand business objectives and develop customized digital advertising strategies.
- Create advertising plans that meet client business objectives and lead the presentation of those plans.
- Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive results.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the long-term strategic vision of the agency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging advertising channels.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising.
- Proficiency in multiple advertising channels with the ability to adapt and learn new platforms quickly (Meta Ads and Google Ads experience at a minimum is required).
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in pitching new business and selling advertising services is preferred.
- MarTech experience, including implementing marketing technology and tracking systems, is a plus.
- Limited travel may be required to visit clients.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
- Experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Zapier
- Experience with buying display, native and OTT/CTV
- Comfort with vendor negotiation
- A diverse background working with different client industries
- A passion for helping teammates learn and grow
- Experience working on product-focused businesses is preferred
