Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present products and services clearly, including system benefits, warranties, and financing options.
- Generate and follow up on leads from various sources, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Stay up to date on HVAC technologies, product offerings, and industry trends.
- Accurately complete sales documentation, proposals, and all other required documentation.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- HVAC experience.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Clean background check.
- Proficient with service software (e.g., Service Titan).
Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
