We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC equipment, including refrigeration systems, boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, ventilation fans, and related mechanical components.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate; perform preventative maintenance to extend system lifespan.
- Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring metal fabrication or component replacement.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems including pipe fitting and leak detection; handle ammonia refrigeration systems with proper safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports documenting all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes; operate a
driver vehicle safely for on-site visits or equipment transport.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) or related mechanical fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices related to building systems installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance procedures.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge of boilers, appliances repair, welding techniques, and field service operations.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately; proficient with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
