Dental Treatment Coordinator

Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional with a background in sales and relationship-building? Our growing Blytheville dental office is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and loves turning conversations into meaningful results. No dental experience is required—we’ll provide full training for the right person!

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships and rapport with patients to help them understand their treatment options.
• Confidently present and discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Use your sales and communication skills to help patients say “yes” to the care they need.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently.
