This role is hands-on and leadership-oriented, with responsibility for CNC programming, setup, quality, and mentoring machinists. Ideal candidates bring strong Mastercam expertise, 5-axis experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Program and develop CNC milling operations using Mastercam (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)Set up and optimize vertical and horizontal milling centers using Fanuc controlsInterpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machiningTroubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs for efficiency and qualityLead and train machinists on setups, processes, and best practicesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:5 years of CNC programming experience with Mastercam, including 5-axis workStrong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T and machining tolerancesKnowledge of metal properties, tooling, fixturing, and machining processesProven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and manage multiple prioritiesDependable, self-motivated professional open to overtime or weekend work as neededIf you are interested, please apply.
