Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate vendor and client transactions across portfolio businesses.
- Support Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, sourcing, and operations to execute high-quality events and services, driving seamless project delivery.
- Facilitate Communication: Engage with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and extract critical information for operational success.
- Maintain Financial Accuracy: Prepare and manage financial reports with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Contribute to Strategic Growth: Assist leadership in financial planning and analysis, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive Process Efficiency: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, financial statements).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) or ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable adopting new tools and technologies to support evolving business needs.
- Data-driven with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for process optimization.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable, with a drive to grow within the role.

Compensation & Perks
This position entails a base salary and healthcare benefits. Qualified candidates should expect to earn $55,000 - $65,000 in the first year healthcare benefits. Other perks include 50% off our boat charter company, Knot My Boat Charters.
