Starting Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 4:30p
Location: Kahului
General Duties:
• Perform maintenance duties for company properties
• Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance
• Painting
• Key replacement
• Repair/replace flooring
• General plumbing
• Test and replace smoke alarms
• Change A/C filters, check coils, clean
• Check light fixtures - repair/replace plugs and switches
Qualifications:
• Previous property maintenance experience
• Able to communicate written and verbal in English
• Reliable transportation
