What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campground Caretaker position at HiDeHo Travel Trailer Club?
Overview
We are looking for a couple to maintain a unique, small member owned campground on the Payette River in Garden Valley, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, watering and general maintenance to keep the grounds clean.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds for maintenance needs, addressing issues promptly
- Clean two small bathrooms once each week.
Requirements
- Prior experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and responsibly
- Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, bending, some digging, and outdoor activity in various weather conditions

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
