HIDE SEEK (838 W Randolph) in the West Loop is seeking a detail-oriented Food Runner for a fast-paced dining environment, dedicated to providing top-notch service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Required Availability:
- Dinner: Thursday-Friday: 4pm-11pm
- Saturday Brunch: 10am-5pm or Saturday Dinner: 5pm-Midnight
- Sunday Brunch: 10am-5pm or Saturday Dinner: 5pm-11pm

Summary of Duties:
- Commands full menu knowledge, including allergens and preparation methods.
- Identifies and briefly describes each plate to the guests accurately. Aware of all upcoming orders and status of tables expecting food.
- Assists the Chef in expediting food to the dining room.
- Assists in bussing tables and marking appropriate silverware when necessary.
- Works as a liaison between the kitchen and the serving staff, conveying guest issues.
- Runs and Serves Food from our Kitchen to our dining rooms and bars.
- Always uses position numbers.
- Keeps expediter station and the kitchen stocked with plates, plate wipes, ramekins, etc. throughout service
- Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and IL Health Department following all health and safety regulations.
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
