Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in various settings, including home, school, and community
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address client goals and objectives
Assist therapists in data collection, recording, and reporting to measure client progress
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members
Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
No experience in a related field required
Ability to commit to part-time or full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
