Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team of professionals providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. As a BT, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support children in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Implement ABA therapy techniques and skills training in various settings, including home, school, and community
- Collect and record data on child behavior, progress, and outcomes
- Support and provide direction to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's treatment plan
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary (we provide comprehensive training)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
