What You'll Do
- Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
- Target communication, social, and daily living skills
- Keep accurate session data and documentation
- Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up
- Work closely with BCBAs and families
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- At least 6 months of ABA experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- $25–$30/hour based on experience
- Automatic raises — $0.50 every 6 months, no cap
