We are looking for a caring and positive energy caregiver to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES
The STNA is responsible for providing personal care under the direction of a registered nurse.
Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc)
Plan of Care.
Document care is provided according to agency policy.
Report any deviations from the Plan of Care to the Case Manager (or designee if unavailable).
Use Durable Medical Equipment safely.
Foster cooperative effort among personnel by understanding the functions of other persons involved in patient care and by active participation in team and staff conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
One year of Home Health Aide experience preferred.
At least 18 years old.
The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 - 20/hr
Expected hours: 40 per week
