Hidden Oasis Tiki Bar at Siesta Key Palms Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable bartender who makes every guest feel welcome. Bring your cocktail skills, positive energy, and a passion for taking care of people—we’ll bring the island vibe.

Hospitality is essential here. We’re looking for someone who notices the details, anticipates guests’ needs, and makes people feel like regulars from their first visit.

Behind the bar, you’ll:

• Welcome every guest with warm, attentive service.

• Shake, stir, and pour tropical favorites and classic cocktails with consistency and care.

• Help guests explore the menu and discover their next favorite drink.

• Keep your bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next round.

• Handle orders and payments accurately.

• Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly.

• Support your team and stay composed when service gets lively.

What you’ll bring:

• A hospitality-first mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

• Bartending experience preferred.

• Knowledge of classic cocktails; an interest in rum and tiki drinks is a plus.

• Strong communication, dependability, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy bar without losing the personal touch.

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

• Ability to meet applicable age and alcohol service requirements.
