Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components according to specifications. Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using welding techniques.
- Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and cut materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to rig and build structures effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and materials to maintain quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar roles.
- Proficiency in operating welding equipment and power tools.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques and processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
