Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, based in the Dallas area. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to align objectives and maximize performance. The role requires exceptional communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills to drive success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong strategic thinking, Goal Setting, and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience with Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Reporting
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with sales metrics tracking and analysis
