Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, focusing on high-end and B2B markets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation, upselling, and exceptional customer service to maximize revenue.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline—from prospecting new clients via cold calling and outbound sales efforts to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory control, monitor sales performance, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management with a strong background in high-end or B2B sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell products or services confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software systems for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette for outbound calls and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently as well directly with the owners as part of a collaborative team environment dedicated to excellence.
