What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Barn Staff Opening position at Hidden Creek Equestrian Center?
We are currently searching for an individual or individuals to join our horse care team. We are looking for an individual(s) who can work 8:30-3:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Ability to fill in other days is a plus. Experience working with horses is preferred.
Duties include working alongside another staff member to:
Turn 24 horses out to their fields and bring them in
Clean stalls and add sawdust as needed
Clean and fill water buckets and water troughs
Sweep the barn aisle
Feed horses hay and grain
Groom horses
General barn duties
Great work environment - family atmosphere
Reliability is a necessity
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.25 - $10.75 per hour
