Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Competitive Pay
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking porter to help keep our apartment community clean, well-maintained, and looking its best. This is a hands-on position that involves physical work, assisting the maintenance team, and helping prepare apartments for new residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including make-ready cleaning.
Remove trash and debris from the property.
Maintain clean grounds, walkways, parking areas, and common areas.
Assist with snow removal during the winter months.
Assist maintenance staff with daily tasks and projects as needed.
Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing blinds and outlet covers.
Help with general property upkeep and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Previous property maintenance or porter experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is important.
