Job Overview
Hidden Cove Wealth Management (HCWM) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager. This individual would be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring a smooth, efficient workplace in our growing Bainbridge Island office. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong communication skills and have a proven ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a 20-hour per week position with competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine office tasks such as, but not limited to managing phones, managing executive’s schedules, process and record mail, data entry, managing supplies and inventory along with vendor relationships.
- Manage Excel-based systems for budgets, inventory, and project timelines.
- Organizing company events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
