Nurse Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure effective patient care.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in staff training and development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Address and resolve any patient or family concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Nurse Skills and Qualifications:
- Current LVN or RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
