Product Service Engineer

Job Details

- Remote Possibility: On-Site Full Time
- Daily Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, flex start and end time. 40 hrs a week, occasional weekend support
- Estimated Duration: 24 months
- Potential Travel: 0-25% — Domestic, Australia, Canada, Mexico
Typical Day or Week in the Role
Typical task breakdown:
- New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Create documentation
- Validate form, fit and function of newly developed products
- Continuous Product Improvement
- Evaluate defect in production products
- Advance support for internal and external customer
- Triage escalations to restore customer production system
Candidate Requirements / Technical & Soft Skills
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 3- 4 years experience. Experience in NPI and CPI processes.
- Degree requirement: Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineer. Will accept an Associate’s with more years of relevant experience. Master’s degree may be overqualified.
