Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Coordinator located in Phoenix, AZ or San Antonio, TX. Training (3 months) will take place at our new headquarters in Ponder, TX (just south of Denton, TX). The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and monitoring lightning protection projects from start to finish. Key tasks include managing budgets, coordinating project documents, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with lightning protection standards. This role requires regular communication with Project Managers and effective problem-solving to address project challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Coordination or Project Management
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling Submittals and RFI’s
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Must be possess a strong ability to navigate computer systems
- Experience with lightning protection systems or similar specialized construction is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
