Openings
- This position is open for 3 locations - Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX and Phoenix, AZ. Training will be at our Ponder, TX (Denton Area) office for 6-12 months then relocate to one of the 3 listed office locations.
Job Description
- Assemble files for new projects, create jobs in project software.
− Review design drawings and prepare original projections for each project.
− Assemble submittal packages for new projects.
− Prepare new project information for project handoff with Project Managers.
− Review new documents during duration of job and/or return submittals for cost impacts with Project Managers.
− Work with Project Managers and customers on concerns with projects.
− Work with Project Managers to track submittals and contracts.
− Assemble closeout and O&M packages as projects are completed.
− Other duties may be assigned
Work Experience & Other Requirements
− Ability to read construction drawings
− Strong organization, planning and analytical skills and detail oriented
− Strong verbal and written communications skills
− Ability to multi-task and problem solve
− Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe
− Ability to pass a background check and drug & alcohol test
− Ability to work well with others, as well as individually
− AutoCAD experience a plus
− Experience with of Foundation Construction Software and QuickBooks a plus
− Experience with Bluebeam, Procore or other construction management software a plus
− Knowledge of lightning protection & grounding systems a plus
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Prefer Bachelors degree in Construction Science or Project Management
