Job Description:
Hicks Lawn and Landscape is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our crew for the upcoming lawn season. We offer both full-time, year-round opportunities for the right candidates as well as seasonal positions for the spring, summer, and fall mowing season.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values providing excellent service to customers. Experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right applicant.
Responsibilities may include:
- Lawn mowing
- Weed eating (string trimming)
- Edging
- Small yard cleanouts
- Landscape installations
- Sod installation
- Leaf removal
- General lawn and landscape maintenance
Qualifications:
- Reliable and motivated
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus but not required
Compensation:
- Pay is negotiable based on experience and reliability
