What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Hickory Veterinary Hospital?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have awesome customer service skills? If so, we have a position you might want to check out. We are looking for an additional CSR to act as a liaison between our clients and our medical staff. Main duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in clients and their pets, invoicing out clients upon completion of their pet's appointment and other office duties which include maintaining a clean work/ reception area.
If you are a people person (yes, you read that correctly; the pets come with people so being an animal lover alone is not enough) who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service please apply. Part-time/ full-time positions are available. Those with veterinary and Cornerstone experience are highly preferred; however, if you seem like a good fit with our team we can help train you. Salary commensurates with experience.
