What You Will Do:
Operate tube mill machinery to produce precision tubing according to specifications.
Set up, adjust, and maintain mill tooling and welding equipment.
Monitor product quality and perform inspections using gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Identify and correct equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production flow.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety, quality, and 5S standards—ensuring compliance with company and OSHA requirements.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of production machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
