Duties may include:
- Assessing and Developing Plans of Care
- Thorough Documentation
- Supervising and Delegating Tasks Related to Resident Care
- Monitoring Residents Conditions and Responding Appropriately to Change
- Delivering Treatment According to Plans of Care
- Assisting and Performing Comprehensive Nursing Assessment on All Residents
- Orienting Families and Residents to the Program
- Employing appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as required.
- Attending educational in-services, staff meetings, and timely completion of online competencies.
Prerequisites for this position:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Positive Attitude!
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
- Maintain CPR
- Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff.

- Starting pay up to - RN $42.84 /hr, LPN $34.51 HR based on Experience
- Set schedules and assignments
- 12-hour shifts (7am 7pm)
- Paid lunches
- $5,250 toward tuition reimbursement each year
