SUMMARY: Maximize manufacturing and order fulfillment efficiency, analyze production standards, and proactively solve problems on the floor that impeded execution of daily plan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and follow up on master production schedule, maximizing line loading through optimizing production order
- Increase manufacturing efficiencies, through effective line loading
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively schedule production to eliminate/minimize out of stock issues
- Ensure product freshness through monitoring stock levels and proper rotation of stock
- Prepare and analyze statistical and productivity reports
- Organize new product launches
- Analyze, create, and maintain Master Data
- Lead customer service meetings to discuss current open orders and communicate any production constraints to customer service team, so they can communicate challenges to customers.
- Maintain daily production database (data-entry)
- Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to inventory control activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience:
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Supervisory or Management experience is a plus
Skills:
- Basic arithmetic
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends, as needed, with a strong work ethic and proven leadership skills.
- A self-motivated individual that is able to direct others.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Advanced Excel knowledge, basic experience with Access
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to the Operations Manager
- Works closely with Production, Warehouse and Customer Service

This position requires the employee to be able to read, write, and communicate orally in English. In addition, the employee must be able to hear and have color vision.
