About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, energetic professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a hands-on clinical position with significant patient interaction—not a traditional desk job.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit.
- Guide patient flow and provide an outstanding patient experience
- Administer therapies as directed
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain an organized reception and clinical area
- Support the doctors and team with daily clinic operations
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable with a desire to learn and grow.
- Healthcare, chiropractic, or medical office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:45 PM
Friday: 7:15 AM – 12:15 PM
