Position Details
- Upholster complex, custom, or made to measure furniture frames
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction or material challenges
- Maintain high productivity while ensuring superior quality
- Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 upholsterers
- Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements
- Assist in prototype builds or new product introductions
- Ensure adherence to advanced quality standards
Performance Expectations
- Consistently exceeds quality standards
- Handles complex work with minimal rework

Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Extensive upholstery experience with demonstrated advanced skill required
- Ability to handle complex designs, patterns, and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of high productivity and quality
