Good, you’ve come to the right place. What we are looking for: Interior Designers/ Interior Architects with 2-3 years of experience Based in Washington, DC metro areaFocus on Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior DesignMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creativeExcellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skillsAbility to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documentsExperience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selectionsExperience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial workplace projects is a bonusExcellent 3D graphic rendering skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishValid work permit (USA)What we preferLEED Green Associate and/or WELL accreditation (or progress towards this)Progress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural LicensureWhat we offerHybrid Work, in the office 3 days/week, remote 2 days*Please note this position is for our Washington, DC office only.
