Crack Open the Possibilities - Looking for a Night Sanitation!!
As part of the night sanitation crew you will be responsible for performing all duties in compliance with HFF company safety rules and using all chemicals as directed by the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). You will participate in a chemical training class prior to reporting to your assigned facility. As part of the night sanitation crew you will make sure all processing equipment, floors and inedible buckets are sanitized, clean, free of any egg, egg shells, dust, debris, inspected and verified to pass USDA inspection for next day of operation. You will inform maintenance and/or facility manager of any equipment in need or repair.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must follow proper protection procedures while cleaning
- Wear personal protection equipment as required
- Clean machinery according to USDA standards
- Disassemble any machinery required for cleaning
- Reassemble machinery
- Inspect the machinery to ensure it is clean for the next day
Qualifications and Skills
- Alertness
- Ability to follow directions given by supervisor
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more throughout a shift
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, twist and climb
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
