Responsibilities
- Social Media Support: Assist in creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media engagement across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Help draft and edit newsletters, write short-form content, and assist in creating graphics or simple videos.
- Event Assistance: Provide support for internal and external events, including event planning, logistics, and on-site support.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with general office duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing materials.
- Research: Conduct research to support communication projects, such as identifying partners or analyzing communication impact.
- Content and Media Support: Assist in maintaining and updating website content, and help prepare information products for various communication channels.
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
