What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Order Entry position at Hickman Land Title Company?
Welcomes customers with a cheerful greeting in person or via phone or email. Then directs, answers or refers inquiries, and announces clients appropriately.
Enters information into our computer system for incoming orders, and assembles in-house real estate information for the title search department. Mails out completed orders.
Ensures reception area and closing rooms are stocked and tidy.
Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Wage determined based on experience and 90 day evaluation.
About Hickman Land Title Company
We are a land title insurance company. Our clients include home owners, realtors, builders and lenders. We facilitate land and financial transactions for residential and commercial properties. We search public records to determine ownership interest and any liens, encumbrances or defects in the title to the property.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
