HICKMAN ELECTRIC INC. IS NOW HIRING — ELECTRICAL FOREMEN
Hickman Electric Inc. is looking for experienced Electrical Foremen for full-time commercial and industrial electrical work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crews on commercial and industrial job sites
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics
- Plan daily work, coordinate materials, and help keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and job-site safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and crew members
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain quality workmanship
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of technical school training or 6 years of on-the-job commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven experience leading electrical crews in commercial and industrial settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics
- Thorough knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical systems
- Experience managing crews, materials, and job schedules
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and lead by example
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
