Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal departments via multi-line phone systems and internal communication platforms.
- Coordinate dispatching activities using dispatch software and transportation management systems.
- Manage GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, and optimize routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, scheduling service calls, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Effective dispatching abilities combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills—both verbal and written—to coordinate with customers, and internal teams professionally.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong typing skills for quick data entry along with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
